Kurihara, President of AMASEN Enterprise Inc. (Philippines) and YOSHIKAWA & KURIHARA JAPAN TRAINING SKILLS CENTER, INC., who have been partners of an Organization in Japan for quite some time identify an opportunity to help the less fortunate Filipinos.  For many years of working experience in Japan and as local residents, the owners were able to handle differences among students, trainees, and workers.  They have observed that most organization in Japan have high regards to other foreign students, trainees, and workers.  Challenged with the adversities, determined by passion to help, and inspired by the Organization’s support, the owners came up with an idea of putting up a Training Center where modern learning and State-of-the-Art Technologies are being offered in order for students, trainees, and workers to be well equipped and be globally competitive. Thus, YOSHIKAWA & KURIHARA JAPAN TRAINING SKILLS CENTER, INC. (YK Training Center) was founded.

The Training Center started in September 2016 and is structured as follows:  Board of Directors, President, Executive Director, Administrative Supervisor, Admission Head, Japanese Language Instructor and School Maintenance/ Security

The owners know that proper governance and management structures are the keys in ensuring the programs operate efficiently and the partnership is responsive to the needs of the community.

Community school partnerships also need to draw from a wide range of perspectives and expertise coming from the Training Center, other organizations and individuals within the community. Finally, community school partnerships need to connect, coordinate, and leverage resources from a variety of sources to support and continue their work.

One of the primary goals of YK Training Center is to produce excellent graduates, who aren’t only able to communicate well but can also pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) with flying colors. This is for our graduates to apply his/her skills for employment purposes, business opportunities and further education while living in Japan.
